We want you to be confident shopping at DriveKit.shop. You may return most items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK/EU), customers have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Our store policy of 28 days operates in addition to your statutory rights.
We cannot accept returns for the following, unless faulty:
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for transit damage) or as soon as reasonably possible (for faults).
Unless we advise otherwise, send returns to our registered address above, quoting your RMA on the parcel.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not offer like-for-like exchanges except where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For other cases, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
For returns from outside the UK, please mark the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any import duties, taxes, or fees incurred due to incorrect declaration may be deducted from your refund.
